Institutions (schools/colleges) using Edu Valley Software have administrative control over their user data. They can access, update, or delete student/staff data, depending on internal policy and system permissions.
Edu Valley only acts as a data processor for such data.
Upon discontinuation of service:
Institutions may request data export
All data will be permanently deleted within 90 days
Backups will also be erased after 6 months unless requested otherwise
We reserve the right to update this policy for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
