Edu Valley is a software solutions provider focused on digitalizing educational institutions, such as schools and colleges. All of our products and services are delivered digitally through secure channels, such as web-based access, cloud logins, email, or downloadable packages.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how and when you may receive any deliverables, invoices, or documents in connection with your purchase or subscription.
All Edu Valley software and services are delivered electronically. Upon successful registration, purchase, or subscription:
You will receive access credentials via email or SMS.
Installation files or web portal links are shared through secure communication.
Onboarding and user training are conducted online (if included in your package).
Digital invoices are emailed to your registered email ID.
No shipping or courier is involved for digital services.
Edu Valley does not provide any physical products such as CDs, USB drives, printed manuals, or hardware. All services, including software deployment and updates, are delivered online through cloud servers or secure download systems.
Therefore:
No shipping charges apply to any of our services.
No tracking ID, parcel number, or courier company involvement for standard deliveries.
In rare cases, Edu Valley may provide offline delivery of physical documents related to:
Software invoices (if a printed copy is requested)
User guides or printed manuals (if required for internal record-keeping)
Legal agreements, MoUs, or certification of software usage (upon request)
Custom documentation required for institutional records
These items are delivered free of cost and will be sent via registered post, courier, or hand delivery based on availability.
If any physical document is to be delivered, it will be dispatched within:
5 to 10 business days from the date of request/approval.
Delay may occur due to regional postal service availability or unforeseen situations (e.g., public holidays, strikes, or weather conditions).
We ensure all deliverables are securely packaged and dispatched to the address provided by the institution.
Once a document is dispatched, Edu Valley will:
Inform the institution via email or SMS.
Provide courier details (if available).
Confirm the delivery timeline and share soft copies beforehand (if needed).
To ensure successful delivery of physical documents, clients must provide:
Complete and accurate delivery address
Contact person’s name and phone number
Institution or office timings (for hand delivery)
Edu Valley is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address information or inability to reach the recipient.
Edu Valley currently does not support international shipping or physical delivery of documents outside India. All overseas institutions will receive documents in digital format only.
